For the 2024-2025 school year, Barnwell County School District will have “District School Choice," which allows students in PreK through 12th grades who reside in Barnwell County to apply to attend any school within the county, regardless of the area in which the student lives, tuition-free. You only need to complete this application if you are choosing to attend a school outside of your area of residence.
The BCSD School Choice information and online application are accessible at www.bcsd.net. To register a child for a school choice opening, the parent/guardian must be a resident of Barnwell County and must be able to furnish proof of residency upon request.
